  33. Phone Home:  If you have a modem in your room, then you can click on the telephone icon in the lower left hand corner to phone a student's parents.  The telephone icon automatically picks up the number in the "phone number" field, so be sure to have that filled out first.

  35. Calculating GPA:  The "grade to date" field is linked to the GPA field on the student's grade card.  By clicking on it, the "grade" button becomes hilited, the percentage field on the grade card is updated and a letter grade equivalent is posted in the "grade to date" field.
